Questions
Does my data go to the AI provider?
With Dedicated, the questions and the results needed to answer go to your own AI account, under your contract, never through us. With Fully private, the AI model runs on your hardware and nothing leaves your network.
Will you see my passwords?
No. During setup you type your database passwords and AI key yourself. They are stored encrypted on your server. My access to the server is temporary and you can remove it at any time.
What if I stop the monthly plan?
Your install keeps working on its current version. It stops receiving updates, new AI models and support. If your AI provider later retires the model it uses, a one-off update brings it back.
How much does it cost?
Dedicated starts at $1,500 setup, then a monthly care plan. Fully private starts with a paid feasibility test on your own questions, deducted from the setup if you go ahead. AI usage or GPU costs are paid directly by you.
Can I try it before?
Yes. STYD Cloud is the same AI. Try it free with a sample company or your own data.
Is the license for one server?
Yes. Each license covers one install for your company. A second server or company needs its own license.
